Terms & Conditions

The Terms & Conditions set out in this document relate to the Dezigners' Club loyalty program (as operated by By Dezign Pty Ltd | ABN 54 527  760 665), the Dezigners' Club Membership Card & the Members section of the By Dezign website.

Individuals who sign up for the Dezigners' Club loyalty program either in-store or online and/or redeem rewards agree to be legally bound to these Terms & Conditions.  These Terms & Conditions may be modified at any time without prior notification by By Dezign.  These Terms & Conditions should be read in conjunction with any additional conditions stipulated in association with subsequent promotions, competitions or rewards & in addition to By Dezign's Privacy Policy.

By Dezign will not accept any liability for email communication to any Member that is misdirected, lost or not received.

By Dezign may collect personal information from Members for the purpose of operating the Dezigners' Club loyalty program.  Please see By Dezign's Privacy Policy for more information.

In its absolute discretion, By Dezign reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Dezigners' Club loyalty program at any time. 

Membership

  • An individual is deemed to be a Member of the Dezigners' Club loyalty program when they complete a sign up form at any By Dezign branch or an online application on the Members section of the By Dezign website.  This will be deemed acceptance of the Dezigners' Club Terms & Conditions.
  • Members will then be given a Dezigners' Club Card - this does not require activation.
  • One Dezigners' Club card will be issued per member.
  • Membership of the Dezigners' Club loyalty program is only open to individuals with a valid email address.
  • By Dezign reserves the right to refuse or terminate Membership of the Dezigners' Club loyalty program without prior notice or reason & in its absolute discretion.
  • Membership is non-transferable.
  • It is the responsibility of the Member to update their Membership profile.
  • A Member can terminate their Membership to the Dezigners' Club loyalty program at any time either through written notice to By Dezign or by unsubscribing to the Dezigners' Club e-newsletter.  After this time, no further Dezigners' Club correspondence will take place. 

Dezigners' Club Card

  • The Dezigners' Club Card remains the property of By Dezign at all times.
  • One Dezigners' Club Card will be issued per Member.
  • Each Member will be given a unique Membership number which will be printed of the back of their Club Card.
  • Members should present a valid Dezigners' Club Card for all transactions in order to receive unique Membership rewards or benefits.  In the event that a Member is not carrying their Club Card with them at the time of a transaction, their Membership number may be searched for via an array of other personal details & the Member may be asked to present valid photo ID to verify their identity.
  • If a Member cannot present a valid Dezigners' Club Card or relevant photo ID at the time of a transaction, By Dezign reserves the right to refuse to pass on any Membership rewards or benefits.
  • Members must notify By Dezign immediately if their Dezigners' Club Card is lost, stolen or misplaced & By Dezign will issue a replacement card with the same Membership number.

Benefits & Rewards

  • Members of the Dezigners' Club loyalty program will be entitled to receive varying benefits & rewards, such as discounts, vouchers & gifts.
  • Dezigners' Club Members will be notified of any applicable rewards or benefits via email correspondence, however By Dezign also reserves the right to contact Members via other methods of communication, such as direct mail, phone or SMS.
  • By Dezign reserves the right to vary or terminate benefits & rewards at any time & without notice.
  • Promotions may carry individual Terms & Conditions not expressed here, which will be stipulated at the time of the promotion both in-store & online.
  • By redeeming rewards or benefits, Members are agreeing to the terms & conditions of the promotion.
  • Rewards cannot be sold or transferred & are in no way redeemable for cash.
  • Gift vouchers will not be accepted beyond their assigned expiry date & cannot be used against existing transactions.
  • If a Membership is terminated from the Dezigners' Club loyalty program, all outstanding & future rewards will no longer be valid & will be considered null & void.
